What are your tips on over coming procrastination? and....since procrastionation often leads to clutter, what have you done to solve this? Do you set a timer for 15 minutes and attack the kitchen junk drawer? Please send your solutions and I'll post them.
Thanks for your response. Good to hear the 15 minute timer does work! I think that most of us are so used to multi-tasking that we have a hard time doing just one thing.
My husband and two teen daughters have ADD so our house is always cluttered. I make a "to do" list for them and will only do them favors when one of the "to dos" is complete. For myself, I create some type of "reward" for completing a task...and try not to become overwhelmed and inert when too many things are in the queue.
