My Easy Pulled Pork Recipe
2-3 pieces of Country-Style Boneless Pork Ribs (each about the size of a hand)
Sprinkle one side with Mc Cormick's Montreal Steak Seasoning
Brown each side in oil with thinly sliced sweet onion, half if large, whole if small
When meat is nicely browned transfer to a crock pot with the onions
Add: 1-2 Thinly peeled sliced apples, you can add fresh peach slices too if you have one
1 small jar of baby food peaches
Jack Daniel's Original No. 7 Barbecue Sauce, same amount as the jar of peaches is fine.
Slow cook several hours until the pork shreds apart with a fork. I also like to remove the lid near the end and let the sauce thicken up a bit.

good steak roll or over rice.
