Boursin Chicken

So easy to make!
6-8 Chicken Breasts
1 - package boursin
1 to 2 beaten eggs
panko crumbs

I cut open the chicken breasts and laid them cut side down and pounded them flatter.
Flip to the open side & spread some of the boursin on 1/2 of the inside & then close.
Dip in the beated egg and coat the whole thing in the panko crumbs.
Spray baking pan with Pam.
Bake: 375' for 30-40 minutes until browned.
Next time I'll try it with the Shallot & Dill flavor of boursin.
(Guess you could also use thin cutlets and roll them.)
