Pitch a Birdhouse
We picked up this birdhouse mounted on an old potato pitchfork in Pennsylvania. The flowers are perennial balloon flowers. They make a beautiful addition to any garden and come in a variety of colors. Kids will get a kick out of them as they start out as a balloon shape and then split open to form the flower. You can see one that hasn't opened yet about even with the branch the birdhouse is on.
