French Breakfast Puffs
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup melted butter
Combine dry ingredients and mix with wet.
Place batter in 12 cup muffin tin.
Bake: 350' for 20-25 minutes.
Topping: Muffins are dipped in melted butter (1/4 cup)
and then into a mixture of
1/4 cup sugar and 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
