How Many Calories Do You Need?

At this website you can enter your weight, height, and age to assess your daily caloric requirements, and you'll also get right amounts of carbohydrates, proteins and fats you should be eating. Your results will be shown with a brief explanation of how they are calculated. There are also notes on what to do in order to maintain, gain, or lose weight at the very bottom of the chart.
