I was in Florence 12 years ago on an official visit with students studying there who often spoke of "The American Church." What a surprise to learn it was an Episcopal Church! I went to Sunday services and enjoyed the Wednesday night dinner. It remains one of my happiest memories as study abroad coordinator. You are in for a real treat! I'm jealous.
