I used a tablespoon or two of this Bookbinder’s Bread Crumbs Seasoned with Lemon mixed with some melted butter and tossed it with some freshly steamed asparagus. It was a big hit. I would think it would complement Brussels sprouts as well. (It got David to eat asparagus!)
